The objectives of a research cell in a medical college are designed to foster a dynamic environment for medical research, promote academic development, and improve healthcare outcomes. Below are some key objectives:

Faculty mentoring will be senior faculty from CM department + senior faculty from ERC and S& GRC. Other experts’ senior faculty will also be involved as the session proceeds
